At SOJOS VISION, we want you to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it remains scratch-free and undamaged during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
